For Employers & Businesses

We specialise in supplying manpower for Construction, Industrial/Factory, Event Management, Hospitality, Security, and Commercial Cleaning sectors across the UK.

We pride ourselves on rapid deployment. For many roles, we can supply staff within 24 to 48 hours. For large-scale projects or specific skill sets, we recommend giving us as much notice as possible to ensure the best fit.

Absolutely. Every candidate undergoes rigorous checks, including Right to Work in the UK verification, skills assessments, and reference checks. For specific roles (e.g., Construction), we verify CSCS cards and relevant safety certifications.

We offer both. Our core business is flexible temporary staffing (daily, weekly, or monthly) to help you manage peak periods, but we also provide permanent recruitment services for long-term roles.

Client satisfaction is our priority. If a worker does not meet your standards, please inform us within the first 4 hours of their shift. We will replace them immediately, and you will not be charged for that initial period.

Our rates are competitive and transparent. They vary depending on the role, skill level, and volume of staff required. Please contact us for a bespoke quote tailored to your specific project needs.

Yes. All temporary staff supplied by MT Classic are on our payroll (or compliant umbrella companies). We handle NI contributions, taxes, and holiday pay, reducing your administrative burden.

No, never. It is illegal for a recruitment agency to charge candidates a fee for finding them work. Our services are completely free for job seekers.

You will need proof of your Right to Work in the UK (Passport, Biometric Residence Permit, or Share Code), proof of address, your National Insurance number, and any relevant certificates (e.g., CSCS card, SIA licence).

We pay weekly. You must submit your signed timesheets by the deadline (usually Monday morning) to ensure payment is processed into your bank account on Friday of the same week.

For most industrial and construction roles, you are expected to have your own safety boots. We often provide high-vis vests and hard hats. For hospitality and event roles, specific uniform requirements (e.g., black shirt/trousers) will be communicated before the shift.

Yes, temporary work offers great flexibility. You can let us know your availability, and we will do our best to match you with shifts that fit your schedule, whether you want part-time or full-time hours.
