1. For Employers (Clients)

1.1 Service Engagement

The Company agrees to provide recruitment services to employers seeking to hire staff. Employers must provide clear job descriptions, qualifications, and other relevant details to facilitate the recruitment process.

1.2 Fees and Payment

The Company’s fees and payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a separate agreement. Payment is due within the specified timeframe as per the agreement.

1.3 Candidate Selection

The Company will present candidates based on the employer’s requirements. Employers are responsible for interviewing and assessing candidates and making the final hiring decision.

1.4 Confidentiality

The Company will treat all information provided by the employer as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

1.5 Warranty and Liability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to source qualified candidates, but it does not guarantee the suitability or performance of any candidate. The Company is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the employment relationship between the employer and the candidate.

1.6 Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the agreement’s termination clauses.

2. For Employees (Candidates)

2.1 Service Engagement

The Company agrees to assist candidates in finding suitable employment opportunities. Candidates must provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and employment history.

2.2 Fees and Payment

Candidates are not required to pay any fees to the Company for recruitment services.

2.3 Candidate Representation

Candidates agree that the information provided to the Company, including resumes and qualifications, is accurate and truthful. Candidates also agree to keep the Company informed of any changes to their employment status during and after the recruitment process.

2.4 Confidentiality

The Company will treat all candidate information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.

2.5 Employment Offer and Acceptance

Candidates are responsible for accepting or rejecting job offers. Candidates should notify the Company of their acceptance or rejection promptly.

2.6 Warranty and Liability

The Company does not guarantee employment or specific job placements. Candidates are responsible for evaluating job offers and conditions, including salary, benefits, and working conditions.

2.7 Termination of Service

Candidates may discontinue their engagement with the Company at any time. The Company may terminate its services to candidates under certain circumstances, as outlined in the agreement.

Final Provisions: These terms and conditions are binding upon both parties and represent the complete agreement between the Company, employers, and employees. Any modifications or additions must be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties involved.
