2.3 The Client acknowledges that:

  • We do not directly perform all services

  • Work may be carried out by third-party contractors

2.4 Contractors are:

  • Not employees of MT CLASSIC BUSINESS UK LTD

  • Responsible for carrying out assigned work

2.5 The Client agrees:

  • Not to directly negotiate or contract with assigned workers

  • Not to bypass MT CLASSIC BUSINESS UK LTD

3. SERVICE REQUESTS

3.1 By submitting a request, the Client confirms:

  • All provided information is accurate

  • They have authority to request services at the property

3.2 We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any request

  • Modify service arrangements if required

4. QUOTATIONS & BOOKINGS

4.1 All quotations:

  • Are based on information provided

  • May change if the scope of work differs

4.2 A booking is confirmed only when:

  • The Client accepts the quote

  • We confirm availability

5. PAYMENTS

5.1 Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

5.2 We may require:

  • Full payment in advance, OR

  • Deposit with remaining balance due

5.3 Failure to pay may result in:

  • Service cancellation

  • Additional charges

6. SERVICE DELIVERY

6.1 We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Assign suitable contractors

  • Deliver services within a reasonable timeframe

6.2 We do not guarantee:

  • Exact completion times

  • Continuous availability

7. USE OF INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

7.1 Services are carried out by independent contractors.

7.2 We:

  • Do not employ these individuals

  • Do not control how they perform their work in detail

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Contractor performance

  • Minor workmanship differences

  • Contractor conduct

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, MT CLASSIC BUSINESS UK LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of income, profit, or business

  • Delays outside our control

8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed:

  • The total amount paid for the service

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

9. DAMAGE & CLAIMS (STRICT)

9.1 The Client must inspect all work immediately upon completion and before the contractor leaves the site.

9.2 By confirming satisfaction on-site, the Client acknowledges:

  • The work has been completed satisfactorily

  • No visible defects or issues remain

9.3 Claims must be reported:

  • At the time of completion, OR

  • Within 24 hours only in exceptional circumstances with evidence

9.4 Once the Client approves the work on-site:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No claims for dissatisfaction will be accepted

9.5 We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate any claim

  • Offer repair or partial resolution at our discretion

9.6 We are not liable for:

  • Claims made after acceptance

  • Contractor actions beyond our reasonable control

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client must:

  • Provide safe and clear access

  • Ensure necessary utilities are available

  • Remove fragile or valuable items

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Unsafe working environments

11. CANCELLATIONS

11.1 Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

11.2 We may charge:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Costs incurred due to booking

12. HEALTH & SAFETY

12.1 Work will be carried out in line with UK safety standards.

12.2 We reserve the right to refuse work if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • There is risk to personnel

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

14. WEBSITE-ONLY TERMS

14.1 These Terms apply only to:

  • Services requested through this website

14.2 Services arranged via:

  • Phone

  • Direct contact

  • In-person meetings

may be subject to separate agreements.

15. DATA & COMMUNICATION

16. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using this website, the Client confirms that they:

  • Understand our role as a service intermediary

  • Accept that work is carried out by independent contractors

  • Accept responsibility to inspect work on completion

  • Accept no refunds after on-site approval

  • Agree to these Terms in full

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
England and Wales

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
